Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–3 business days after confirmation.

Domestic Shipping (India)

Standard shipping takes 5–10 business days.

Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
During high order volumes, shipments may be delayed slightly. In case of significant delays, customers will be notified via email.

Undeliverable Orders

Orders returned to us due to:

• Incorrect address

• Failed delivery attempts

• Refusal to accept delivery

may be subject to a restocking fee. Any additional shipping charges for re-dispatch must be borne by the customer.

Parampara Tantra is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as “Delivered” by the courier.

If tracking shows delivered but you have not received the parcel:

• Check with neighbors or building security

• Contact the courier company directly

• File a report with local authorities if required
