At ParamparaTantra, we are dedicated to offering authentic handloom sarees with quality and integrity. While each piece is crafted with utmost care, we understand that concerns may arise. Our policy is designed to be transparent, fair, and protective of both our customers and our brand.


Return & Exchange Window

You may request a return or exchange within 72 hours of delivery.

Requests made after 72 hours will not be accepted.

For damaged, defective, or incorrect products, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with proper proof.

Certain products may not be eligible for return or exchange. This will be clearly mentioned on the product page.


Eligibility Criteria

To qualify for return or exchange:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged

  • All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact

  • An unboxing video (without cuts) is mandatory as proof of the product’s condition at delivery

Products showing signs of perfume, washing, alteration, or usage will not qualify.

No item can be returned more than once.


Valid Reasons for Return or Exchange

Returns or exchanges are accepted only if:

  • The product received is damaged

  • The product received is defective

  • The product received is incorrect

No return or exchange will be accepted for:

  • Colour variations (due to lighting or screen resolution)

  • Slight weaving irregularities inherent in handloom products

  • Change of mind

No colour guarantee.

Dry cleaning is strongly recommended for all garments to maintain quality and longevity.


Non-Returnable Items

The following are strictly non-returnable and non-exchangeable:

  • Sale or discounted products

  • Customized or made-to-order items

  • Stitched blouse pieces

Return & Exchange Process

1. Initiate Request

Provide:

  • Order number

  • Reason for return/exchange

  • Clear photos

  • Unboxing video

Requests without valid visual proof may not be approved.


2. Review & Approval

Our quality team will evaluate your request.
Once approved, you will receive further instructions via email or WhatsApp.


3. Return Shipment

Customers must securely ship the product back in original packaging.

Return shipping costs must be borne by the customer unless the product is damaged or incorrect.

Only in the case of wrong delivery will pickup be arranged by us.


4. Quality Inspection

Once received, the product will undergo a final quality inspection.
If approved, refund or exchange will be processed.


Refund Policy

  • No cash refunds will be provided.

  • Refunds are issued only in the form of a gift card.

  • The gift card will be sent via email within 5–7 working days after the returned product passes inspection.

  • The gift card is valid for a lifetime and can be used on any future purchase.

  • Please allow up to 15 business days total for the entire process.

You will receive a confirmation email once the gift card is issued.


Exchange Policy

  • Replacement items will be shipped to your original address at no extra cost (subject to stock availability).

  • If the requested item is out of stock, a gift card of equal value will be issued instead.

  • Exchanged/replaced products will be delivered within 7–10 business days.


Out-of-Stock Items

If an item becomes unavailable after order placement, we may hold the order until restocked.
If the delay is extended, we will contact you with the option to modify or cancel your order.
